Contact us and arrange a time to come down and join one of our classes with no obligation to sign up. We run small classes so the coach will be on hand to help throughout the class if needed. If you would like a 1-2-1 session with a coach first no problem we can book you in at a time that suits you.
Booking onto classes is easy with our app, you can see the workouts and times beforehand all you need to do is book in. We want you to have fun while training and enjoy everything about our amazing community.
